What Is Wellness Day?
Black Men’s Wellness Day is a vital national movement focused on improving health and longevity for Black men and their families. We offer access to over 25 free screenings—including blood pressure, glucose, and mental health—in a high-energy, community-centered environment. Beyond health resources, enjoy our signature 5K walk/run, live entertainment, and family activities. Leave your testimony below!

At the heart of Wellness Day is our commitment to making healthcare more accessible. Attendees have the opportunity to receive a wide range of free health screenings, helping them better understand their health status and take proactive steps toward wellness. From blood pressure and glucose checks to BMI and other preventative screenings, licensed professionals and trusted partners are on-site to provide care, guidance, and follow-up resources—ensuring every participant leaves informed, supported, and empowered to take control of their health.
